Working w/Dad

I took Mommy to the jobsite the other week. It was a Sunday. I looked at some truck books while I let her drive me. Hey, when there’s time on my side I take it to brush up on my heavy equipment know-how. RIght. Anyway.

When I got to the job, I saw Daddy. He was walking around. Just looking at stuff with some sticks. Something about getting things straight. Looked pretty good from where I was standing. So, I walked around and looked at stuff, too. Then Daddy gave me his hammer and tape for my pants. They were heavy, and pulled down my pants some, but I don’t care. We’re just a couple of guys working. You know what I mean? So, I told Mommy I needed to get out of there. Lunch needs to happen every day. See ya later.

Jobsite BREAK TIME!

Whenever I work with my Dad on the jobsite, which is pretty much all of the time that I’m not playing toys or eating, I get tired because it’s tough work. So, I just use my dad to take a nap.

This is a photo from when I was a little baby. Now I’m all grown up into a much bigger toddler-baby. And I know way more about tools now.

The best part of taking a rest on your co-worker is that he’s right next to you when you get tired. Huge time-saver tip from me to you. See ya later!

Trucks!

My favorite thing is trucks. Big trucks. Small trucks. Dump trucks. Trucks with trailers. Trucks without trailers. Trucks in garages. Trucks parked on the street. Trucks driving by my front window is pretty cool, especially when I’m playing trucks there. My dad doesn’t know it yet, but he’s going to give me his truck pretty soon. I guess he’ll have to drive Mommy’s car then. But that’s OK. See ya later!
